Audiologist
Meet Mark R. Carroll, M.S., CCC-A
It’s my goal to make sure you can hear your best, the morning birds chirping, an afternoon rain or a family member’s voice.
I use the best technology in the industry and combine that with individualized attention. My service includes FREE batteries for the life of the hearing instruments and no-cost follow up visits every six months to maintain and ensure that the devices are functioning adequately.
Because better hearing means better living.
I strive to practice in a professional and ethical manner, not simply sell hearing aids. Hearing instruments are appropriate for many, but not all hearing challenges. Some hearing issues can be treated medically by otolaryngologists (ear, nose and throat physicians). You deserve to have a thorough evaluation to determine the type and degree of loss by a professional audiologist.
As a licensed audiologist, I’ve been practicing for 38 years. For the last 32 years in Huntsville with an ENT (ear, nose and throat) physician practice (22 years) and ten in my private practice. Prior to that, I was Coordinator of the Hearing Division at the UAB Speech and Hearing Clinics in Birmingham for 6 years. I attended the University of Alabama and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Communication Disorders in 1983 and my Master’s of Science in Audiology in 1984.
When I’m not helping people to improve their hearing, you will likely find me on my farm near Fort Payne. My family and I enjoy the outdoors and the relaxed life of tending to our animals and garden.
